Many of our teachers have received or are studying to receive their Child Development Associate (CDA) degree. The CDA degree requires extensive coursework in various areas of child development.

Additionally, our staff attends several workshops throughout the year. This meets not only Virginia’s licensing requirements, but also helps our staff develop teaching styles, new classroom techniques and provides professional growth opportunities. Past workshops include:
